Our device fully support the TDN app, which is the recommended software. Users who are interested in the powerful data logging features of VCM Scanner will find that application to be fully functional with RTD Gen 3 as well.
This allows the customer to exchange tuning files with us, and we are then able to adjust the vehicle’s tune and monitor its performance remotely (RTD stands for “Remote Tuning Device”).

UGR is a certified HP Tuners partner. All maps are written inside the official HP Tuners VCM Suite and distributed exclusively through the HP Tuners TDN—meaning every calibration is genuine, traceable, and backed by the most trusted name in OEM-level ECU tuning. To load and manage these maps on your vehicle, a UGR RTD device is required.

These maps are delivered and managed through the UGR Remote Tuning Device (RTD). If you already own a UGR RTD, you're all set—just purchase the map and it's ready to load. If not, the RTD must be purchased separately before you can install and use any of these calibrations on your vehicle.
